A strong second half by Wests Epilogue came with the introduction of Matilda Hurben to the court earned it 15-goal win in its KFC Alice Springs Netball Association Division 1 match on Saturday.
Wests bringing Hurben on to goal attack which was couple with allowing Trevina Byrne to move to wing attack and Aiyssa Davies to wing defence changed the game around. Federal Eastside Red had controlled the game in the first half leading 22-14 at the break. But in a magnificent team effort Wests turned the game around with both ends getting on top and scored 16 goals to four.

Hurben netted 11 goals while Wests defenders, Margaret Smith and Carlee Warburton, put a clamp on the Federal attack only allowing the duo to add two goals each. This trend continued in the final term with Hurben netting 14 goals to take her game tally to 25. This was equalled by Federal shooter Izzy Ross with her shooting responsible for Federal's half-time lead.

Federal Eastside White had a dominant 60-26 win against Wests Gillen Club in the other Division 1 game. There was no stopping Federal shooter Carly Ross as she netted 13 goals on her way to a game tally of 50. A surprise in the Federal line-up was strong defender Tahlia Ross lining up at goal attack. While the move was made more through need than anything else, Lee took to her role with the joy she takes into every game. This was increased with every goal she netted, eight, after a
scoreless opening term. After being out pointed 35-7 in the first half, Wests made several positional moves, including Amanda Connor to centre and Jaiden Preece coming on to play shooter. These lifted the team and while winning was out of the question, the final quarter was only a goal difference between the two sides.

A solid opening quarter set Wests Jaws Contracting on the path to a Division 2 victory against Federal AKC. It's 46-41 winning margin was the same as the five goals it led by at quarter time.
Federal fought back in the second and third terms to trail by two at the final change but Wests steadied and held onto the match points. After an even first half (32-30) Seasons Flinders University outplayed Federal Angels, which was without shooter Carly Ross, and shot away to win. Ruby Mack was an important player for Seasons netting 27 goals for the game - 17 in the second half. Seasons had a 73-33 win against Sundowners Alice Hospitality Supplies in the other Division 2 game.

A draw between Wests Ward Keller and Federal Swifts highlighted the games in Division 3. Wests came from two goals at the final change to level the scores at 22-22 at the final whistle. In an even contest from the start, Federal led by a goal at quarter time with scores level at the long break and then held a two-goal lead at the final change. A brilliant defensive game by Lucy Elliott helped Federal Queens to a 54-14 win against Federal P&V Flames, Rovers BnTz blitzed Wests Footy Girls
and Giants Alice Springs Brewing Co defeated Giants GSD Solutions 46-30 in the other Division 3 matches.

Injuries forced a forfeit by Sundowners Gap View Hotel against Wests Loco when trailing 1-16 at quarter time in their scheduled Division 4 game. Other scores in the Division were Seasons defeated Raging Rovers 40-27 and Wests Jaws Contracting overcame Sundowners Club Eastside 40-28. Federal Red 17-and-under posted the highest score of the day in defeating Wests 80-24. In the other game Rovers Raptors defeated Rovers Wreckers 37-28.
